Details:

Thank you for checking out our home-selling blog!

**Please be sure to click on "Older Posts" when you reach the bottom of the page... there are several blog pages that contain pictures of each room of the home.**

We have lived in this home since August of 2003. Really wish we didn't have to move from this home or neighborhood, it is a great place. There is plenty of room here, we are not moving for the sake of space. Excellent location, just a mile from US-31 in one direction, and I-96 the other direction., a mile from central shopping centers - - and yet, when you enter this neighborhood, you feel far from the busyness. A wonderful feature of this homes location, is the enormous field in the backyard. We loved the spacious feeling, of not being "locked-in" by other homes in the backyard.

Here are some details to start.

(These photos are posted in no particular order,
forgive me that the first photo is of the shed! I'm new at this blogging thing,
and am not sure how to re-order them...)

Backyard

12' x 12' Storage shed - brand new in fall of 2009. Matches siding & roof of home. In wonderful condition. Located in the far right corner of backyard when looking towards the field.

Large Backyard. Slopes downward away from the home.

Neighborhood views from the front of the home

Quiet, dead-end street in the back of the subdivision, does not get traffic.
Awesome neighbors!! :) And neighbors who care to keep their properties looking nice and well-maintained.

Cement driveway - no cracks

It's early spring in Michigan - haven't had enough warm days to get the landscape looking and growing beautiful yet - - but there is a hearty tree in the front yard and a nice layout of bark/landscape for flowers in front of the house.

Lower Level - Family / Rec Room

Currently, the room features two life-size painted figures of football players in action!
Custom painted by my very, very talented mother, Linda Schippers. :) (shameless plug.)
This painting will either be a major selling point, or an eyesore for someone who doesn't appreciate the sport. For that reason - we are leaving the painting for now. But if it becomes the reason for someone to not want the house, I am more than willing to purchase the paint & do the labor of repainting the room for you, whatever color you choose. We are motivated sellers here people!
Also, Lions paraphernalia can stay if you love the theme. Or we will remove if you don't.
